BCM Campus
The BCM campus has four main buildings:
- The main administrative wing houses the offices, chapel, classrooms, and dining facilities.
- The dormitory provides housing for full-time students and resident faculty and staff. Learn more.
- The library holds 24,320 titles in English, Chinese, and BM, searchable through an on-line catalogue system. It also has the ATLA Religion Database with ATLA Serials. Learn more.
- The threatre-styled auditorium with a 650 people capacity.

BCM Auditorium
A modern two-floor auditorium perfect for weddings and large services. Seating capacity: 630

A fully-equipped space designed for smaller services. Seating capacity: 120

Great option for training, workshops and seminars. Seating capacity varies, do enquire for more information.

Library
The BCM Library is situated on the campus grounds of Bible College of Malaysia, and exists to:
- Support the teaching and research needs of BCM faculty and staff;
- Provide access to facilitate and appropriate support of the College’s mission of preparing lives for ministry;
- Provide the necessary bibliographical resources, research services and study environment for the training of men and women for Christian ministry

** The library is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
** Please note that the library will ONLY open when there is an appointment on Wednesday between 7pm-9pm. No walk-in is allowed as we will be closed if there is no appointment. Please make your booking at least one day in advance.

A deposit of RM100 is required for all new membership applications.

Conditions for Borrowing
- The number of books you are permitted to borrow depends on the membership type (please refer to below table for more information)
- All books can be borrowed for two (2) weeks.
- Overdue books are subject to a fine of RM0.50 per day per book, inclusive of weekends and public holidays. For Quarter Reserved books, the overdue fee is RM3 per day per book.
- Lost books will be fined at current cost along with a processing fee of RM10 as well as any overdue fees.
- Books returned damaged will be charged its repair cost or replacement if necessary.
- Membership privileges are not transferable. All transactions must be done personally.
- Books can be renewed if they have not been reserved.
- Renewing or borrowing books is not allowed if there is any outstanding book yet to return until the user settles overdue fines and returns overdue book(s).
- The Librarian can recall books on loan at any time.
- Members must abide by all existing rules of the Library, which may be reviewed from time to time.
Membership Withdrawal
Membership can be withdrawn from any member in the event of:
- Failure to make good payment or replacement of damaged/ lost materials or the refusal to return overdue books despite repeated reminders from the Librarian.
- Failure to abide by the rules and regulations of BCM Library. Disciplinary action by the Library may be taken with immediate effect.
The BCM Library is established for the use of students, faculty, staff members, alumni members, and associate members. All members are to comply with the rules and regulations below:
General Rules
- Silence should be observed at all times in the Library.
- No food and drinks are allowed INSIDE the Library except drinking water.
- Bags, helmets and other items are to be placed at the counter shelf.
- Mobile phones must be switched off or put on silent mode.
- Any incoming or outgoing phone calls must be made OUTSIDE the library.
- All shelving is to be done by library staff.
- Leave all books on the book trolleys after use at their respective sections.
- Proper attire must be worn when visiting the Library. Shorts and shirts without collars should not be worn in the library.
Borrowing Regulations
- A student may borrow up to 10 books at one time, which can include a maximum of two (2) reserved books.
- For non-full-time students, borrowing privileges are only within the duration of the school term.
- For other members, please refer to the borrowing privileges as stated on the membership application form.
- Your library card must be presented (associate members) / Student ID number must be mentioned ( students/ alumni) for each transaction except for returning books.
- All books must be checked out personally.
- Books can be borrowed for two (2) weeks and can be renewed if the book is not placed on hold.
- Renewing/borrowing books is not allowed if there is any outstanding book yet to return until the user settles the overdue fines and returns the overdue book(s).
- Borrowing privileges are not transferable.
- Reference Books and Periodicals are for use in the Library only.
- Reserved Books can be borrowed for its duration as noted on the sticker on the spine of the book.
- The Librarian reserves the right to recall any books checked out by users. In the event of a recall, the Librarian will phone or issue a notice and the borrower must return the book/s within 48 hours.
BOOKS ON HOLD
- Applying to place a book on hold is only applicable to book(s) which have been borrowed.
- A book on hold application can only be done in the library by filling up a form at the library counter.
- Once the book is returned to the library, the librarian will send notification to collect the book.
- Book hold will be canceled 2 days after notification if not borrowed.
FINES
- The fine for overdue regular books is RM0.50 per book inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
- The fine for reserved books is RM3 per day per book inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
- A lost book will be fined at current cost along with a a processing fee of RM10.00, plus any overdue fines.
- Books returned damaged will be charged its repair cost or replacement if necessary.
- Fines must be paid before further borrowing is allowed.
Important: Registration for the next trimester or graduation is contingent upon settling all financial obligations due to the Library.
DROP BOX
- You may return books that are not overdue through the drop-box. Overdue books must be returned at the counter together with the settlement of overdue fines and not through the drop-box. Overdue books returned through the drop box will be fined twice the normal rate.
- The Library is closed at 1pm on Fridays during the trimester. Books due on Friday but returned through the drop-box during the weekends will be subject to fines.
DISCIPLINE
- Users will lose their library privileges when found to be deliberately causing trouble or noise in the Library.
- Taking out anything without clearance from the librarian constitutes a serious offense and is liable for disciplinary action.
- Non-observance of library policies will be dealt with promptly by the Librarian and/or the Administrative Committee of BCM.
BCM Alumni have the privilege to use the Library for study and research. Application for membership is necessary for borrowing privileges.
VISITORS who wish to use the library facilities must write in officially, describing the purpose and duration of use. All requests are subject to the approval of the Academic Dean.
